These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of crash2claim.com and the accident-evaluation questionnaire available on this website (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by 83 Advio LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("83 Advio," "Crash2Claim," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years old and who reside in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Description of Crash2Claim
Crash2Claim is a commercial lead-generation service. Crash2Claim is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. The Site allows you to complete a questionnaire about a motor-vehicle accident so that we can evaluate whether your submission meets our preliminary qualification criteria.
3. Lead-Generation Service and Third-Party Recipients
If your submission meets our preliminary qualification criteria, your information may be sold, transferred, licensed, distributed, shared, or otherwise provided for compensation to qualified third parties, which may include attorneys, law firms, legal intake companies, legal service providers, lead buyers, marketing partners, and other qualified third-party buyers or service providers. We do not send every submission to a single, fixed recipient, and the group of potential recipients may change over time. Our Privacy Policy describes this in more detail.
4. No Legal Advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice. Any information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only.
5. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using the Site or submitting information through the questionnaire does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Crash2Claim, 83 Advio LLC, or any third party that may receive your information.
6. No Guarantee of Representation, Compensation, or Case Value
Submitting information through the Site does not guarantee that any attorney or other third party will accept your matter, that you will receive any compensation, or any particular outcome or case value.
7. Accuracy of Your Information
You represent that the information you submit through the Site is truthful, accurate, and pertains to you, and that you are the subscriber for any phone number or email address you provide. If your contact information changes, please notify us at support@crash2claim.com.
8. Your Responsibilities; Prohibited Uses
You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose and agree not to: provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or gain unauthorized access to any part of it; or use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm any other person.
9. Electronic Signature
When you check the consent box and submit the questionnaire, you are adopting an electronic signature and agreeing to the disclosures presented to you at that time, with the same effect as a signature in writing.
10. Communications Consent
By submitting the questionnaire, you consent to being contacted as described in the disclosure presented to you at the time of submission. That disclosure, not this section, controls the specific scope of your consent to be contacted.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website or service.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, and design, are owned by 83 Advio LLC or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site except as necessary to use it for its intended purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 83 ADVIO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 83 Advio LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
